I’m trying to use the tracking feature to ensure my mail is actually being delivered.
In other words, it will appear as though the attendee has not responded even though the meeting has been accepted or declined.I have a client that sends out Audit requests email with voting buttons to a large number of Attorneys.My client is having an issue with not all of the voting button responses to the email they sent out updating on the tracking tab.A read receipt tells you that a message was opened.In both cases, you receive a message notification in your Inbox.You can also see who has not yet Tracking Status tab, you'll see the responses shown as a table, but unfortunately it's not possible to sort or filter that list - so quickly picking out everyone who hasn't responded from a long list of invited people isn't so easy.
Use these instructions to sort/filter the responses.I don't have an answer for that, but I do have a possible warning: I seem to recall that responses must be left in the sender Exchange mailbox to be counted correctly.Isn't there some kind of update button on the original sent vote request message?Processing reports manually is as simple as selecting the report in your Inbox folder (don’t move it to another folder), mark it as read and then delete it.If the report was not broken, you should now see the special report icon on your sent item.When you create a meeting and invite people, you are a meeting organizer.
